Yosemite West, Hans' place, rental rates

Summer 2006, NEW, My
home will be turning into a nightly rental place by November 2006. this
is the last climbing season we'll have monthly rooms available. I will
be flexible to accomadate your stay in approximately
monthly periods. After November the home will rent for $200 to $500 a
night, depending on time of year, holidays, and number of rooms needed.
I will rent you space in the home this summer and fall of 2006 for 1/5
that amount if we can schedule a time for you to come.
Room 1 ( Squirrels nest)
Top floor, shares a bathroom with one other
room( a room that is rented for the season). Has it's own shady balcony,
small walk in closet, and queen bed.
Room 2 (VIP room)
Middle floor, shares bathroom with guests and roommates
too lazy to go to their respective floors. Has lots of space, queen
bed and room for a single, big walk in closet. Add $100 a month if
you want the bathroom to be private.
Room 3
(Cappuccino room)
Ground floor, shares a bathroom with quests.
Has it's own kitchen, closet, King bed and single bed, biggest room
in the house.
All rooms require that the nightly rate we agree times the number of
days you'll be starying plus a $100 deposit be paid in advance of
arriving. All rooms have phone lines with Long distance access codes to
separate out your calls, for you to use while there, - 5 cents a minute
anywhere in the US.- I have two phone lines at the house. There is
parking spaces for eight cars comfortably at my home and eleven if we
are inventive. All rooms have use of the main kitchen, family room, VCR
with extensive video library, main balcony with barbecue, bunk room
(readyroom), and laundry room.
Rates quoted are for one or two people "regularly staying" in
any of the rooms, (add $100 if three or four are staying). You may
have guests come and visit you while there! - There are three bunks
in the Ready Room and there's lots of floor space. You may work out
a "shared month" with friends ie - you use it fifteen days
they use it fifteen days.. If you rent for two months or shorter you
will NOT be charged utilities. (only phone) Share of utilities for
long term renters is calculated by number of roommates in the home
during that time.
Pets: we do NOT have any. Exceptions are made with an increased monthly
rate AND ONLY IF conditions of conduct are met, and subject to approval
of all roommates.
