I met Rich Fettke at the Touchstone Concord Gym at 5:33 am Wednesday morning.

Rich has 50 lb of muscle on me so this was going to be a light yawn for him to keep up with me.

The plan was to do sets of ten on various exercises until we hit 40,000 Kgs or 89,000 lbs. 

We started off with the Bench Press  ten sets of 100lbs.  that's about 46.2 Kgs.

Next up was the military press where I could only handle ten sets of 65 lbs.

then in order with name of exercise first and weight that we started with:  Calf raises 150, ab machine150, Squat machine120, Curls with free bar40, Lat pull downs 120, Tricep extension on machine50, Seated rows 90, leg curl Machine 60, leg extension machine 60, shoulder shrugs 100, glut flex machine 120, and dumbbell curls 20.

It was after eight sets of ten that we tallied up and came roughly to 88,000 lbs, we ran off a few more calf raises for good measure to be sure our conversion was right with a little extra.

Finished up by 8:40 am.  did a set of ten of each of the 10,000 challenge exercises and went home for Papa duty.

much easier than I thought, but made me hungry all day, so I ate tons to recover.
